MAC FCU’s Family Friendly and Positive Work Culture Earns Them National Recognition in 2017 Best Credit Union to Work For.

MAC FCU has been named as one of the 2017 Best Credit Unions to Work For, as published by Credit Union Journal in partnership with Best Companies Group. Together this survey and awards program is designed in identifying companies that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees. A lengthy two-step process that first looks into each participating credit union’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. Then secondly surveys the employees to access their experiences, and attitudes with respect to their workplace. This process was managed by Best Companies Group in the overall analysis of data and their expertise was used to determine the final ranking. This awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best credit unions across the nation. MAC is very honored to be in the ranking!!!

The calendar year has not even come full circle and MAC FCU to date as already given back to the Fairbanks community 398 community service hours from its volunteer organization the MAC PAC, and $65,000 in monetary donations to schools, nonprofits, church organizations, and Military Units.
