To enroll call us at (907) 356-1253, stop by any office and fill out the simple application, or fill out an online application and fax it back to us at (907) 356-2370. Once we get the application, you'll receive a username and get your temporary password to access NetTeller for the first time. Any member is eligible as long as you have a checking, savings or loan account. Log in for the first time, enter a new password, choose your security questions and you are on your way to banking any time day or night.

Internet Explorer 8 and older versions no longer supported after June 26th, 2014

After June 26th, Internet Explorer 8 and older internet browsers will no longer be supported by NetTeller.  A user may still choose to use Internet Explorer 8 for accessing NetTeller, but if a user needs support and they are using this browser, they will be directed to upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer or use another browser, such as Google's Chrome or Mozilla's Firefox before additional troubleshooting.  Internet Explorer 8 is an aging internet browser and MAC FCU recommends that all users upgrade to a newer version for security and compatibility reasons.  Please feel free to email us with any questions or concerns at macmail@macfcu.org.

E-Statements

MACFCU is going green. Help us save the environment. With E-Statements you get your statement online within a day or two of the end of the month or quarter and they are more secure than regular mail and they are free. Call us to get signed up.
