STAR is a touch-tone menu-driven phone service you can use to access your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Use it to save time. There are many things you can do with your account without even leaving your home. Get checking, savings and balance information. Transfer money between accounts. Get loan information and much more. It's private, secure and convenient!

Once you are set up to use STAR, all you need is...

  • Your account number as listed on your statement.
  • Your personal identification number (PIN). After accessing STAR for the first time, you can customize your four-digit access code (PIN) to a code you can easily remember.
  • A touch-tone telephone

Things to Remember

  • Press the pound key (#) to conclude each entry.
  • Memorize your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  • You need to know your account number and the specific suffixes of the accounts you wish to access.
  • Enter the exact amount for each transaction including dollars and cents. For example to enter $100.00, press 10000#
  • Pressing ** will erase the last instruction you entered.
  • You have 40 seconds to respond to STAR's request. If you do not respond, STAR will disconnect immediately.
  • Pressing *# will repeat the last message.
  • You may key ahead at any time during the session. You do not need to wait for the voice response.
